Chicken
We insist on the highest welfare standards when it comes to chicken. We source all ours from Mary's Free-Range Chickens, where they’re reared outdoors and fed an organic, GMO-free diet.
Chives
We season our dumplings with chives – a herb packed full of potassium (great for metabolizing carbs and improving skin health) and Vitamins A, C and K. Plus, the choline in chives has been linked to better memory, mood, and sleep.
Avocado oil
We’re huge advocates for avocado oil. It’s proven to aid the absorption of other nutrients, reduce joint inflammation and cholesterol. Avocado is also rich in oleic acid, making it a heart health hero.
Chicken bone broth
We took inspiration from a traditional soup dumpling and added our own chicken bone broth. Made using a recipe that’s rich in essential minerals and protein, we figured it’s an all-round more flavorful way to aid digestion.
