In our book, if you’re going to eat meat, it should always be responsibly sourced. All our organic pork comes from duBreton family farms, who go above and beyond when it comes to animal welfare, innovation and sustainability.
Chives
We season our dumplings with chives – a herb packed full of potassium (great for metabolizing carbs and improving skin health) and Vitamins A, C and K. Plus, the choline in chives has even been linked to better memory, mood, and sleep.
Avocado oil
We’re huge advocates for all things avo. The oil is proven to aid the absorption of other nutrients, reduce joint inflammation and cholesterol. It’s also rich in oleic acid, making it a heart health hero.
Chicken bone broth
We took inspiration from a traditional soup dumpling and added our own chicken bone broth. Made using a recipe that’s rich in essential minerals and protein, we figured it’s an all-round more flavorful way to aid digestion.
